Coming from São Paulo (Capital): The most direct route is via Rodovia dos Imigrantes or Rodovia Anchieta. Both highways lead to the city of Santos, from where you can continue via the Barreiros Bridge or the Cônego Domênico Rangoni Highway (SP-248), which provides access to Guarujá. Once in the city, just follow Avenida da Enseada.

Coming from Santos: The simplest route is to cross the Suspension Bridge (Santos-Guarujá Bridge) and continue along Avenida Puglisi, which connects directly to Avenida da Enseada.

The distance between Rodovia dos Imigrantes and Peru Street is approximately 5–10 km, depending on the entry point into Guarujá. Travel time is, on average, 15 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
