It is very well equipped with king-size bed, washer and dryer, parking, Smart TV, air conditioning, internet, work area, Black out curtains in the rooms and full kitchen.

Important Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment;

- All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration;

- A temporary lease agreement will be electronically signed before check-in.

- Visits are not allowed;

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors

- Parties or events are not allowed inside the property;

- Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$ 35,00 per day per PET;

The house is located in the Condomínio dos Manacás, just 300 meters from Camburi Beach (a 5-minute walk) in São Sebastião, 165 km from the capital. The condominium has 11 houses, a pleasant pool, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest.

Camburi is also known for its excellent dining options. It’s home to Manacá, regarded by many publications as the best restaurant on this coast.

Other great choices include Acqua restaurant and Candeeiro Pizzeria, which also offers home delivery. There are simpler options on the main street and the Pitangueira bar and restaurant, facing the sea, which hosts a popular New Year’s Eve party. Another nearby option is Tiê Sahy.

There are actually two beaches, Camburi and Camburizinho, both ideal for surfing, although on calmer days, you can also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and even swimming.

Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as it not only provides well-structured properties but also manages the logistics and basic supplies that make each of its homes highly functional. Our major differentiator is the good communication and the seriousness with which we handle any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients' stays. The Brazilian Corner's team works with great professionalism, helping you before, during and after your reservation, so that you can have peace of mind and security in the service we provide.
