The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because in addition to offering well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, making them extremely functional. Our great differential is the good communication and seriousness with which we work to solve any issues that may arise before, during, and/or after our clients’ stay. Our staff are trained and have the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, and our bed and bath linens are of high quality, washed and sanitized in professional laundries. We maintain professionalism in everything we do to ensure the peace of mind and trust of our clients.

Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.
