The house is located in the Condomínio dos Manacás, just 300 meters from Camburi Beach (a 5-minute walk) in São Sebastião, 165 km from the capital. The condominium has 11 houses, a pleasant pool, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest.

Camburi is also known for its excellent dining options. It’s home to Manacá, regarded by many publications as the best restaurant on this coast.

Other great choices include Acqua restaurant and Candeeiro Pizzeria, which also offers home delivery. There are simpler options on the main street and the Pitangueira bar and restaurant, facing the sea, which hosts a popular New Year’s Eve party. Another nearby option is Tiê Sahy.

There are actually two beaches, Camburi and Camburizinho, both ideal for surfing, although on calmer days, you can also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and even swimming.

The sand is white, the water is clean, and it’s great for swimming most of the year. Camburi appeals to both young crowds and families, thanks to its good infrastructure and lively vibe.

The beach itself has a few small supermarkets, but in Boiçucanga, only 5 km away, there’s an Extra supermarket located in a small shopping center, along with a bank branch, stores, fish markets, etc.

Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in.
