-Solar Heated Shower: Offering comfort in every detail, the showers are powered by a solar heating system, ensuring a hot and relaxing shower at any time of day, while contributing to environmental preservation.

-Hygienic Shower: Enjoy the comfort and practicality of a hygienic shower in our property. A touch of modernity and hygiene to make your stay even more enjoyable.

- Heated pool: Cool off and relax in our pool, providing moments of leisure and fun. The availability of a heated pool can be used all year round, regardless of weather conditions, allowing them to swim and exercise even in the colder months due to heating, but be aware that the pool will be at room temperature and, if tenants wish to heat it, it can take up to 24 hours to reach a warmer temperature.

-Hammock Area: Our house offers a special place with 3 hammocks. Enjoy moments of rest and relaxation in one of the comfortable hammocks. There’s nothing better than gently swaying while reading a book, listening to your favourite music, or simply enjoying each moment to recharge your energy and refresh your mind.

-Garage Space: We offer five garage spaces for your convenience and security, ensuring you have a safe place to park your vehicle.

The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers clients, whether travelling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties for seasonal stays. The homes are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via WhatsApp to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer.

Leaving São Paulo, you have several options for public and private transportation.

Bus:

The São Paulo Bus Station (Tietê Terminal) is the main bus departure point to Ibiúna. You can take a bus from Tietê Terminal heading to Ibiúna. Some companies operating this route include Viação Venceslau and Viação Rápido Sumaré.

Once you arrive at the Ibiúna bus station, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app to reach the property.

Private Car:

If you choose to drive or use a ride-sharing app, the journey from São Paulo to Ibiúna is approximately 80 km. The property can accommodate up to 5 cars, depending on their size.

Distance to the airport:

Congonhas Airport (CGH) in São Paulo is approximately 70-80 km from Ibiúna. The São Paulo International Airport (GRU) is a bit farther, about 90-100 km away.
